Negotiation is the process of identifying requirements, prioritizing, negotiating, and agreeing on them. Negotiation is always accompanied by the exchange of privileges. A privilege that may be large, small, physical, spiritual, visible or intangible. A superior manager as the agent of his or her employer must protect the interests of his or her company or organization and let everyone know the priorities of his or her organization inside and outside the organization, and has to be professional in interacting with subordinates and even in meetings and managing the meetings. Negotiation and making effective relations with others one of the most important stages in the complex management process is the long-term and short-term success. At the training course of managing negotiations and meetings we tried to fully familiarize the applicants with the process of professional negotiation in a workshop. This training course is equal to 70 training hours.
