A strategy or conceptual strategy that emerges from the military arena and has been widely used in other fields, including economics, business, and especially the realm of politics and the country administration. The term “strategy” derives from the Greek word “strategia” the meaning of which is “command and leadership”. Now the simple meaning of strategy is an operational plan for coordinating and organizing actions to achieve the goal. Strategic management is an analysis of the important and prominent issues of the organization that is presented by senior executives on behalf of the owners in order to control of resources in non-organizational environments. This process includes identifying the mission, vision, assets of the organization and developing the programs and policies of the organization and all the activities that are needed to achieve them.
