What is the legal text property? Undoubtedly, these types of texts are not merely texts containing legal subjects. In fact, the translator, in his approach to this type of text, must pass a definite definition of the type of legal texts based on his specialized work. Accordingly, we can define three types of text that directly or indirectly deal with this subject. But legal translation is associated with much more serious difficulties, because the translation of such texts results in legal consequences, such as a contractual relationship that raises the moral or financial obligation of the parties.
