What is the legal text property? Undoubtedly, these types of texts are not merely texts containing legal subjects. In fact, the translator, in his approach to this type of text, must pass a definite definition of the type of legal texts based on his specialized work. Accordingly, we can define three types of text that directly or indirectly deal with this subject. The first typology is to observe the type of performative, that is, texts that are not descriptive, which are processors of facts. Legal texts, terms, and conventions … include this category. The second typology of texts is based on the syllogistic method. The subject of these types of texts is such as rulings, decisions, administrative instructions, and even individual decisions, conflict of laws, and reality. The translation of any technical text faces certain semantic challenges that are often addressed by a citation query or a question from experts. But legal translation is associated with much more serious difficulties, because the translation of such texts results in legal consequences, such as a contractual relationship that raises the moral or financial obligation of the parties. Thus, the recognition of vocabulary, terminology and legal procrastination, having full legal information on the translator, is in this scope because, in addition to the legal effects, insufficiency and shortcomings in this context adds to the difficulty of understanding it from the source text and adds to the equals you will be acquainted with this science in a virtual literacy course.
