Total quality management is a technical tool for the participation of all employees and managers of the organization in affairs related to the organization. This technology is an important change in the culture of the organization that incorporates the goals, ideals, attitudes and practices of that organization. The main emphasis of the TQM movement is that each employee and manager must respond to continuous improvement in the quality of service and products of the company in order to meet the demands of customers. A comprehensive quality management, with a philosophical basis and simple and understandable principles and providing a natural basis for endeavors, may be the only available option to managers. The three pillars of the philosophy of comprehensive quality management are namely, customer-orientation, process-making, and continuous promotion, which are at the top of both the organization and its base. This training course is equal to 60 training hours.
