Production management and operations are the domain of management in relation to the design and management of products, processes, services and supply chain. Its goal is to achieve, develop and use resources to achieve the goods and services that customers need. Production and operations management includes strategic, tactical, and operational levels. The strategic level involves determining the size and location of the factories, the decision making of the structure of services or telecommunications networks, and the design of the supply chain. In the training course on the management of production and operation, applicants will be familiarized with the production and operations systems and its strategic role in manufacturing and operational organizations. This training course is equal to 80 training hours.
