Change management is a title for a branch of management science and is subject to modifications in the organization, team, or person that, despite the common scientific or operational roots, or at least the same, there are differences for them. Change management practices usually focus on changing resources and finance allocations, how and in what dimensions of business process management, operational affairs, and other organizational dimensions to transform the organization, depending on its goals and needs. The scholars of this training course are capable of working in the areas of organizational organization, human resources, information systems and other issues in management at the undergraduate and managerial levels in the private and public sectors, as well as those scholars who can serve as adviser or implementer in public sector policy making. This training course is equal to 60 training hours.
